Ching Kee Lai Fun is served dry, with a simple appearance. Without dark soy sauce, it’s only topped with minced pork and scallions, yet the overall taste is still delicious.
The milky white lai fun is homemade by the owner. Like Assam Laksa lai fun, it’s translucent, resembling the pure rice noodles of southern Malaysia, hence its rich rice aroma and chewy texture—you’ll love it at first bite! Quan Kee has a 70-year history and enjoys considerable local fame!

泉记濑粉以干捞形式呈现，卖相简单，不含黑酱油的濑粉上只有猪肉碎和葱花，但整体味道却依然美味。
乳白色的濑粉是老板自制的，亚三叻沙的濑粉般呈透明状，倒像南马一带的纯米老鼠粉，故此带有浓郁米香，口感粉糯，一试就爱上！泉记在历史已有70年之久，在当地拥有相当的名气！
