How To Use

• Add 2 scoops (20g) into 200–300ml of water in a covered container and shake vigorously.  Add a sweetener or flavouring (such as instant coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and etc.) of your choice, if desired. Drink 1–2 times daily or as needed.
• May be added to milk, juices or other beverages of your choice.
